WINNIE TSUMA

Ms. Winnie Tsuma leads the litigation practice at Tsuma & Associates Advocates, representing clients in civil, commercial, property, employment, and succession matters. Alongside litigation, she is widely recognized for her expertise in public policy and legislative drafting, where she has supported government and private entities in shaping laws, strengthening compliance frameworks, and delivering impactful reforms.

She has advised on policy development, governance, and regulatory compliance. Her work bridges law and policy, ensuring that legal frameworks translate into effective practice.

Currently, Ms. Tsuma serves as Vice-Chair of the National Environment Tribunal (NET) and is a Policy Leader Fellow at the European University Institute’s Florence School of Transnational Governance. A Chevening Scholar, she holds a Master’s in Public Policy (University of Bristol), an LL.B. (Kenyatta University), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (Kenya School of Law).
ESTHER ANDISI

Ms. Esther Andisi is an Associate at Tsuma & Associates Advocates with over seven years of experience in civil litigation, debt recovery, insurance claims, family and probate litigation, commercial dispute resolution, employment disputes, and land disputes.
She has represented clients in various landmark cases before judicial bodies, including the High Court, Court of Appeal, Registrar of Trademarks, and Specialized Dispute Resolution Tribunals.
Ms. Andisi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Kenyatta University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Bournemouth University, UK.
MERCY AWUOR

Mercy Awuor is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Nairobi. She is a skilled legal researcher with a keen eye for detail, ensuring well-founded legal strategies and thorough case preparation. At Tsuma & Associates Advocates, she provides legal representation and advisory services, assisting clients in navigating complex legal issues.
